Today we released version 1.4.0 of the Otii application. At the same time, we released version 1.0.1 of the firmware for the Otii Arc hardware. The new software & firmware contain numerous fixes and some new features.
Have you ever experienced Otii freezing when opening a large project? No more! We have now added a progress bar when opening or saving projects. We will continue to work with other scenarios where a progress bar may be helpful. Stay tuned!
Support for the latest firmware for Nordic Power Profiler kit was added so now you can (and should!) use 1.1.0 on your PPK together with Otii. In addition, various libraries related to PPK communication were updated and we can finally support it in the Windows 64 bit builds. If you are using the PPK with Otii, make sure that you uninstall your 32 bit version before upgrading.
We’ve added new preferences dialog, which currently holds settings for proxy host & port. We hope this will help you (in particular on Linux) get through any corporate proxy and have a smooth experience with Otii.
The 1.0.1 version of the firmware corrects some bugs and enables some of the new desktop features. We strongly recommend you to upgrade.
